I booked a hotel through Goibibo, but when I arrived at the hotel with my family at 11 PM, the staff refused to let us check-in, claiming that no rooms were available. They demanded an additional 1000 rupees for a room and were very rude. One of the staff members even said, 'It’s up to me whether I give you a room or not.' This was a terrible experience for me.

Rooms are small. Hotel is on one floor only. Two floors are leased by canara bank and hotel is on second floor.Food is okay. We had aaloo parantha, veg sandwich and poori bhaji for breakfast which was good. But we ordered butter chicken for dinner that was not upto the mark.
