the hotel offers outstanding service, and the kitchen & service team is exceptional. however, attention to detail in room cleanliness, particularly with dusting, could be improved.

room was dirty, kettle was not clean. There were insects on the bed and we had to ask to spray mosquito hit for that. Overall it was not a great experience.

Hotel Trot shastri nagar ghaziabad is a new property but room service is too lose,and room size cleaning and overall property is best,food is very delicious and hygiene.So please try one time.

The trot hotel in Shastrinagar is located in a great semi residential location just next to the main road. The area is safe and very good for communication. This is a newly built proper 3 star hotel with such a affordable price. It has better amenities than many other hotels of same 2k to 2.5k price segment and this even beats a few nearby 3.5k per day priced hotels of Ghaziabad in case of Cleanliness, features and amenities.
