This is not a hotel , this is guest house type and in congested layout ( May be properly in 1000-1200 square fit ) , seems residential property turn in commercial.
Poor maintenance of wash room , door latch was broken and cistern is non functional.
Three KM from railway station, not less than 1 km as quoted.
I am not interested in your points etc , improve your rating system and post the fact, not manipulated story
