rooms are exactly the same as shown. Suit rooms have a city view, very big rooms with clean & hygienic washrooms. Triple sharing rooms have valley View. well behaved staff. They have mainly female staff, very well behaved. The hotel is on the main bazaar of Bijanbari just opposite to the taxi stand. Food are spicy🌶 but tastey, specially chicken dishes. For me Rooms deserved to get 5 Star. enough space to accommodate the family.

This hotel is in a village 25km away from Darjeeling. It took 5 hours to reach this hotel and after seeing the place we got scared. We had to stay in hotel for complete day as it was not possible and nothing to see. Hotel food tastes so bad, like fried insects. There was a major short circuit in the room (suite room) where we stayed. We had new born babies and got very scared. It was worst stay.

#fact check its not darjeeling and the road to reach the hotel is horrific so better look for an accomodation in darjeeling and not bijanbari.Overall hotel was good but not in darjeeling its really confusing for a tourist to understand thw difference between darjeeling and 15kms away from darjeelinh and when you have auch horrible roads to reach this place.

Amazing stay it was. The hotel accommodation and services was up to the par. Food was really good & staff behavior was excellent. It is located far from the main Darjeeling city.
