The stay within nature was splendid. cottages are neat and clean. Very Comfortable. Staffs are cordial and corteous. checkin and checkout process are duly handled by Vijaylaxmi. Recommended stay. Room was comfortable. Natural ambience is superb.

we left the hotel in one night instead of 2 nights. I tried canceling the booking multiple times on gbut there is no option to do so. the room was not properly cleaned, dust in many places, upkeep was poor and bathroom was also dirty. I need refund for one night and asking for it here since there is no other way

Front desk staffs are very rude and unresponsive. They keep searching my booking cause some staff wrote my name wrong in their printout. The room and amenities are not even eligible for 1 star. I was given a very old room with dirty washroom. I was not able to click photo of the washroom mirror, it wasn't cleaned for ages. They are some wedding in the property on the next day so they are busy on planning wedding, don't care about other guest. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

service is too bad. They don't hv any experience to handle the visitors. Food quality also very poor like as other service. Its just waste of money..
