i have not checked in hotel and had put a claim dispute with ibibo for refund. The property not found as per expectation of hotel and family. location is also a issue as situated in slum area. laction ,gentry around and hotel room nit upto the mark as per family visit

hotel treebo classic grande was the most horrible experience ever for me. i looked at the pictures on site and was enticed to book the hotel. however, the actual hotel was no where close to the pictures. it was in a very crowded area and housed inside a commercial complex. the picture shared on goibibo site seemed as if the hotel was a stand alone property. second horror came when i saw that there was absolutely no parking, no security on the gate. i had to call up treebo to complain that there ...more

i booked their delux room (best available in their hotel) but experience is just pathetic. being traveller i also read reviews and sometimes ignore. But im being honest here. If you are travelling with family or in couple, just do not go there, location doesnt feel safe. And their service is highly disappointing. Hotel is very dirty. Service is worst Breakfast doesnt felt hyginic and also dirty tables and dirty dishes and glass. mess is spread everywhere. Dont go on hotels photos. Reality is very disapponting

i have booked a deluxe room but when i checked in they gave me a normal room saying that this is a deluxe room ..... then i changed my room after discussing with the manger. the deluxe room i got was not proper. the bathroom accessories were broken. overall a normal experience but i have booked it that was value for money

The location and stay was very bad. First of all washroom was very bad. watery, sticky, squishy dunno what they have done with the bathroom. The shower was broken and the toiletries was not provided. Old used one was kept and when asked about it the staff told us that the toiletries was over. The bathroom knob was broken and if it gets closed from outside you cannot go to bathroom.
