We have Booked Deluxe Room, But they have given normal AC room that won't have much living area space which was mentioned as Deluxe Room , also not worth for penny . Room also bit smelly .Food looks Ok type .In Windows covered with basic transparent curtains .Overall Not suitable for family stay .

When we arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time due to our bus schedule, we were met with unexpected and unpleasant treatment. The hotel staff refused to accommodate even basic requests, such as using the restrooms. Also, when we got the room half an hour late it had bedsheets stained and also the blankets had a stinky/ sweaty smell. We asked them to replace the blankets atleast which they didn't do.

The location is good. The hotel does not have its own parking. You'll have to park on the roadside beside the hotel. The rooms are huge. There is a service boy named Pisa, who is really sweet and will help you in whatever you need. Breakfast was okish. It's a great value for money hotel.

Didn’t expect this place will be this nice. But this place is clean and very spacious for 2 people. Also the hotel is near to bus stand and many other tourist spots. Will recommend this place for this money. Breakfast is simple, if some dishes added means will be good.

Disappointing Experience at Treebo Golden inn Pondichery. The noise level within the hotel was a major concern. There are rats roaming and making sounds inside the sealing, Lizards inside washrooms.rooms are very compac and closed with no ventilators and balcony. The most disappointing aspect of my stay, however, was the lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff when I raised my concerns.
