The rooms were not that great. The room was not super cleqn and fresh. The basic things like brush, paste, tissue were not there in room. Then we had to order. Breakfast wqs just okay okay. The behaviour of the office staff was good. The hotel is couple friendly. All well on that side.

We appreciate that early check-in was allowed at 9:30 AM, but considering most buses to Pondicherry arrive between 6-8 AM, it would be helpful if the hotel could be a little more flexible with check-in times especially when rooms are visibly available. Charging ₹1000 for 6-hour early check-in seems unreasonable under such circumstances. it was not worth the money and did not meet treebo standard. there were lot of mosquitoes inside and kettle etc were not clean. i won't be choosing it from next time onward.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Friendly and supportive staff. Complaints any are immediately addressed. Breakfast is good specially Live Dosas. No outer view through windows is a down. Bedsheets and other items were not changed on daily basis. Since we were all roaming outside ..the downs were not a problem. Else it is.

Overall stay was good but they doesnot have any north indian dish in there breakfast. Only south indian food will be served.

stay was excellent. hotel is located in a prime spot and is in walking distance from all tourist spots. the room was quite spacious with big washrooms. they provided complimentary breakfast which was very tasty. hotel staff was also very cordial
