Location is good. Rooms are ok but the service is worst. The bell boys are like leaches who suck money for every service you do. Especially a boy named Shankar, he carried our luggage and did not leave room until we tip him. He brought lunch in the afternoon and again demanded for tip. For everything he does, he need tips. I paid three fifty extra for these which he supposed to do for free as hotel service. Pathetic. Be cautious about this guy. Breakfast is also very limited

just 450 meters from RK Beach. I had no problems; breakfast was fantastic. The entire space, including the room, was tidy and pristine. Employees are helpful and cooperative. The self-serve hot beverage and the room's size and layout disappointed me a little. Everything was fanatic aside from those.

The infrastructure is good, the bed the tv and other furniture but the cleanliness is not good. The cleaning staff need to be trained properly. No clean towels provided instead of repeated reminders. The towels given was having different stains of food or makeup. The breakfast is also not appealing. Everyday the same breakfast that makes it monotonous. They didn't even provide the spoon for breakfast.In short the property is good but the service need to improve a lot. And also a in house kitchen ...more
