Lift doesn't work when electricity is not there. no generator backup. had to walk up 4 floors. staff is not bothered. no service recovery. even sugar free is not available.

Never seen a worse hotel than this. Even Rs1000 hotels are better. Funniest is that, here even extra tea packets are chargeable. Nothing much available for breakfast. Rooms are very small for Rs 3500. Not much amenities provided. Wifi doesn't work properly. There is not even a security guard. Could easily find much much much better hotels for the same cost. If anything, I would like a partial refund for the booking amount. Security guards and all are not present. Wifi doesn't work. The hotel is very small & doesn't look good enough for the amount they are charging.

Very bad experience masquetos very small room no proper toiletries no space to keep glass of water if glass broken asking 200 rupees very bad experience about breakfast

Experience was good, only thing which I didn't like about this hotel was we needed to give the key everytime we go out of the room, that was very frustrating. Hassle free check-in and check-out process without much time taking.

It was a very good experience Services & behavior of all the staffs is really good & they are so helpful Location of The Crystal Hotel is superb in a peaceful & calm area of Kolkata city & just 15 minutes away from Kolkata international Airport.Transportation facilities from here to any parts of West Bengal state is really good

very small rooms and not recommended for working professionals as there is no table Breakfast starts too late at 8 am with out any variety no hot water and very dirty water for bath with lot of mud
