i'm not satisfied with the trichur tower room. it needs improvement in terms of cleanliness, wall paint, and lighting. moreover, the room lacks privacy as conversations can be overheard from outside.

The room is spacious and the complimentary breakfast was also good, but it has an attached Bar with the facility. Even though the guests are not affected by this, the family which prefers hotels without a bar facility will be affected.

Location is good. The wash room roofing needs to be repainted. The rooms are good but the lift gives a lot of jerks and sound, it needs maintenance.

when i enter into the room, a) ac was not workingb) lots of water on floor due to which i was suppoed to slipped down on floor.c) this was because bad fridge in the room, and i asked them to take it out, due to which no mini bar in the room, theye never bothered to replace the minifridge/mini bar

Rude behaviour of receptionist, my booking has complementary room upgrade, when I asked them for the availability of the room, they said yes, delux room is available, you need to pay , I told them and shown them that complementary room upgrade is there in my booking, they replied, there is no use to show this, that why it is written. Very very rude behaviour, worst food quality of restaurant.

the room was not even equipped with basic facilities... the room for two people didn't even have a holder to hang the shirt, and yes, there was no glass to drink water.. yes, there was dust on the bed and sofa...the worst thing was the unwashed bedsheetvery very bad experienceand no response to room service
