it was an average stay hotel

The hotel is very pathetic the hygiene is nt there in hotel no manners of talking to the customer nd customer service very poor I think this hotel should have a well reputed person to tke the charge of it nd tke gud care of it i will nt suggest anyone to go this hotel

The only advantage of the hotel is the location. Otherwise the service level of hotel is pathetic. They are only concerned about the money and in the era of digitisation the hotel only accepts cash. Rooms windows not only give you the view of hill it is accompanied with mosquitoes, lizards and flies. The hotel lists restaurant as one of the amenities but the food served is brought from near by food joint. Hotel only provides soaps in the name of toiletries. //

geyser was not working in room no. 301. Service crew served hot coffee with cold milk poured in it. Bread butter was also not grilled well even after requesting too.
