Receptionists need to be more empathetic towards the guests, need to resolve online booking related issues quickly. Rest the rooms, bed, bed sheet, pillows, towels, etc. were exceptionally neat and clean, the washroom was simple and clean. The guard was more empathetic, and while I was resolving my date related issue with Goibibo, he asked us to sit on the parking sofa and switched on the cooler. The issue was related to midnight booking which the system was not allowing on an older date.
Overall nice experience. So, four stars!
