Hotel room was spacious i have booked suite room but the toilet can be even more clean otherwise it was a good stay and staff were helpful.

i stayed at upar for 5days and 6 nights. the service was excellent. staff is extremely polite and professional. i would recommend upar to anyone visiting bengaluru to get the best services and experience the best location of bengaluru i.e. indiranagar.

Been staying here often now since 3 years , a great place with vibrant environment and serene rooms . Located right in the Hotspot of Indiranagar. Would prefer this often while around the area .

For the price,its an excellent property, reg cleanliness,only drawback sometimes parking wont be there and morning complimentary breakfast they limit to 150rs per person,for a heavy eater even one plate idly costs that much there,otherwise the property is excellent

Rooms need more cleaning, especially the furniture. Breakfast is bought from a third party, therefore is not on time. Lift wasn't working most of the time. The body shower gel is sticky and shampoo is unavailable. Bathroom door lock wasn't functional.
Staff needs more training on speaking with customers.
The ceiling fan of my room fell while I was away. I was informed about it on my return by the manager. Such incidents must never occur and a proactive equipment check is needed periodically. It could have been life threatening.
