I booked a dormitory for 367 & when i arrived there , It was under maintenance , idk why they are putting a room for booking which is under maintenance , they offered an another room which is normal cost & without hesitation they allowed me there that was really good , Im giving 3 stars for the decision they made to the situation . The given room was ok , Land phone was not there , no wifi , water in the bottle was taste old. but the room was clean also the bathroom

In our entire trip, this was the worst experience. We had booked our room and had paid for it well in advance. After we got there, they said that they had overbooked and asked us to stay at another hotel. The other hotel was a rundown highway-side hotel which was not at all worth what we had paid. You had one job: to give us the room we had paid for and you failed at that. They're highly unreliable and I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a smooth hotel experience.
