Hotel was ok. But they didnt allow us check in saying we need to pay extra amount. we had to pay extra amount for getting checkin.

I had a bad experience, they made us wait for half & hours time,they were repeatedly lying that they haven't received the mail nFinally we got a nice room

good rooms, decent staff front office guys are really helpful. hotel was hygienic good for family stay. but unfortunately could not able stay as per my reservation due some other work.

The front office staff denied my check in at midnight saying that they did not receive my booking details to him and later he asked extra money for the room which i have already paid when i denied to pay him he said he can give Non-Ac room and the issue was solved which took me around 30 minutes to sort it out.
