They need to be better with checkin process. They wanted to leave our passport with them for all night so that they can scan. We did not feel comfortable. When we told the reception person, he got upset. They have to have better system. This is crazy

Hotel is ok. Few limitations are there. Your guests are not allowed in room. Hotel check out time is morning 10 am which is very strange. These things should be in mind while book this hotel. My overall exp is ok not so good.

Room was very clean and fresh. Even bathroom was very well maintained and no bad smell.
Overall good hotel to stay in Thane for business purpose.

I booked the hotel along with breakfast but the voucher didn't mention it .

For business travelers, the hotel is good. Room size, breakfast area, food and staff everything is up to the mark. One can surely stay here.

overall experience was ok. the rooms are compact in size. the free wifi provided by the hotel was weak. immediately on check-in we had to call housekeeping for change of sheets as the same were with stains. the geyser was not centrally heated and had a ON/OFF switch outside the bathroom which took us some time to figure out. OVERALL I DONT THINK IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY

The Hotel location wise and clealiness wise is good. However only the free Television channels function. News and Movies Channels did not function in my four days of stay. The channels wer not paid for. Also my return flight was delayed by two hours. I requested the hotel reception to give me an extended checkout by two hours. They did not have any upcoming booking. But they considered only one hour. I feel that, when there was no booking in pipeline my request could have been considered looking ...more
