they didn't provide free breakfast which was included in the stay.
also the staff were not professional. they didn't have any idea about hospitality. felt like a lodge.

no water bottle was provided. had to have a long discussion to have a towel even. free breakfast was promised but i got nothing. made me climb 6 floors saying lift was not working.

The staff was good and cooperative but the room were not that clean and basic toilet amenities were not there and they also don’t offer drinking water,and even the Ac doesn’t work properly

It was fantastic stay @VR comforts. Super comfy rooms, stylish flooring-washroom.

I repeat, its a best place to stay around south Mumbai. Lovish rooms, facilities. Memerizing rooftop with in company of amazing staff.... 7* !!

It was superb experience wit VRC. Loved the vibe, interior, rooftop and all other aminitities.Rooms and washrooms are lovish : 7 star !!
