there was no fan in the hotel. and the tv was also damaged . i told the manager about it but he did not fix or replace the tv. and the wifi was also not available.

property is totally wrecked. Bathrooms are totally messy where cysteine is leaking and seats are broken. Bed sheets, pillow cover, and blanket covers are torn and not done at all at the time of check-in. It is not worth even a single penny.

Water was choked somewhere as said by hotel, but whenever asked they provide half bucket of hot water, they have hot water tank but not connected in rooms.

-Rooms with door lock not working and we have to sleep with risk for entire night..-Heavily charged per room-Room heaters not working for the entire night .-While doing checkin ,there was no light in the hotel and no power backup.-Hygiene was so bad.-Extra bed given was so thin and laid on floor ,that we were not able to sleep for entire night - management accepted hotel is under renovation and hence not able to provide all facilities .- And we were charged double for these rooms. Hygiene was not maintained at all . no heating at night.. live wires in room..

The hotel was located in the center of Gulmarg Valley. The room was nice, clean and warm and the staff was friendly to us like we were in our own home. Breakfast was also good.

At the time i just entered hotel that it's not as per shown in images and not worth amount charged rooms were stinky. I refused at same time to enter hotel it was not even worth of RS. 800 hotel just after 1/2 hour we left hotel as there was no service and insects were in room i placed phone on charging but light gone and no power backup was provided. We left hotel at same time and spent our hard earned money on booking another hotel at gulmarg pine view resort. we wouldn't have cancelled if so ...more

I have made wrong decision in my life,you don't. You have to pay for a 2 star property with broken door locks,smelly and unhygienic washrooms,uncomfortable mattress,poor breakfast.
