I booked two rooms at Welcome Hotel Fort in Mumbai, expecting them to match the photos online. However, the rooms were small, had no ventilation, and the “shared washroom” was actually a public restroom for multiple guests, not just our rooms. I had to pay extra to upgrade to rooms with attached bathrooms and AC. The service was good, and the location is very convenient with everything nearby, but be sure to double-check room details before booking and don’t rely on the photos alone.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Shared bathroom are also well maintained. Very near to Gateway of India. Had a pleasant stay.

till now I stayed in many hotels , but I never saw a hotel room with shared washroom, i didn't expected this so while doing check-in as I got to know about this , and room is very small and the floor is not good and sticky and few other roomates who r staying in other rooms are having alcohol and doing vomiting late night, so we got disturbed by those sounds, and it's a very average room with more cost and we also paid extra 1k for ac so totally it costs for a small room that too with out bathroom.

I booked this hotel, and by the time I arrived, it was late in the night, and I had no choice but to stay. The place had an unpleasant smell, a smelly bathroom, no hot water, and no Wi-Fi. The manager was rude and disrespectful, busy playing on his phone and showing no respect. I’m surprised the owner tolerates such behavior. The support staff was friendly, but overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Stay away.Not clean and not hygienic for the family.

Reception is on 2nd floor you have to walk up stairs no lift..otherwise its a decent stay.
