every thing is good but hospitality is missing . lot of waiting time is there in restaurant.. clearly they were short of staff...ordered pizza in evening and asked for ketchup and seasoning....no one came back ...so single attendant/ waiter was there...we even went to our room thru restuarant,still no one bothered to get bill signed, then in night 8 pm waiter was running thru elevator,to find who was guest...clear cut no coordination and mismanagement...mini fridge in room is empty , no pen ,no stationary on study table...

this is one of the best 5-star hotels i’ve ever stayed in. its standout feature is the hilltop location, offering incredible views. the service is top-notch, truly exceptional. while the food is slightly on the pricey side, it’s in line with other 5-star standards.

the restaurant service part is a bit problematic with regards to response time and variety of food on display, everything else was superb

The place is indeed newly built 4 star property but staff awareness and amenities are at best 3 star. The staff was highly unaware of the hotel facilities and charges. They couldn't light a bonfire in even an hour! Poorly managed but newly built property. Only good for a short stay. Needs to highly improve staff promptness and awareness. Quite average.
