Location was great and their garden maintained really well.room is neat and clean.food is also good .breakfast is great.we faced hot water issue and sorted in 10-15 min.so staff also responsive and helpful.

go for garden facing rooms only. surrounding and looks are nice. but, if you get back rooms, it will not be worth it.

Sorry to say, the hotel has the beauty and facilities to be the best property in Ooty🤝. But must say worst experience due to single reason 😖NOTHING IS MAINTAINED😖. 📺 the premium room, & the TV remote in the room was not working, even though it was informed, it was not replaced.So It can be said that there is no TV. 🛀 After taking a room with a beautiful Jacuzzi, if you want hot water, you have to call the reception every time and request it. They have limited staff and the service is very slow if you order something you need to wait for like 1.30 hrs for any order and I had booked the room for 3 person but did not received the service for that even when requested no follow up was done also so not at all happy with the service even hot water was not coming and the condition of washroom was very poor ,not recommended for family members kindly check some other options if possible.

don't go yantra very worst service...we stay without room heater one full day...very worst costumer service.
