The place was beautiful and clean. The welcome was very warm, as we felt like being home. The owners and staff are attentive to even the smallest needs. It was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend Zambala Inn Hotel to you.

we paid 18000 thousand for the confirmed booking and when we reached hotel they denied for the booking and said they do not have rooms

Location was convenient even the surrounding place was blissful. We enjoyed our vacation here; excellent hospitality. There was a nice courtyard even the outside view from the room's window was very eye soothing. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation nicely.

worst experience ever....hotel was good for stay but the staff is totally worst specially the manager,never seen such a behave with customers he doesnot know how to behave with people and he is always rude..he was planning to harm us in any possible way..lots of things has happened can better discuss over phone....

really good experience .hotel owner welcomed to me to visit hotel staff is co operative and helpfully. I really appreciated to hotel management as well as hotel staff and owner of the hotel .
