the semi deluxe room is very shabby and really small. the pictures are very deceptive. other rooms are still ok. please check before you book.
location is good but the last mile walk from the mall road gets dark late in the night.

I have been visiting Varanasi for the past 4 years, but this has been my worst hotel experience ever. Please do not waste your money here. My experience:1. I booked a room and was given something that looked like a servant's quarter. The bathroom had a constantly leaking commode.2. I was given a room on the 4th floor, which is on the terrace, and the entire place smelled horrible.

This is hands down the worst hotel in Varanasi. It’s especially disappointing considering the city’s deep connection to spirituality and devotion, yet this hotel completely fails to uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality and hygiene. The staff is unbelievably rude, and the property manager was disrespectful and dismissive when I tried to express my concerns. The room they gave me looked like it was used by housekeeping, with dirty towels and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. ...more

very bad hotel... Amenities mentioned are not available.. 800+ rate bhi jyada hai iss hotel ke liye... don't believe the advertisement.
