had an wonderful experience, the staff were very sweet and polite and the service was too good. the food was average could be better as expecting from a 4 star brand. would love to be here again. the room was luxurious and loved the stay.

No welcome drinks given to us but other guests received in front of us thats humiliating. No one came to take luggage when we where checking out Overall food and ambience was good Hotel manager should mark my review it will be helpfull

Dear Zone by the Park Hotel, Digha Team,I recently stayed at your hotel and had a mixed experience. While the property was okay, I noticed that the staff seemed unhappy and lacked smiles, which impacted the overall ambiance.The rooms and public areas require deep cleaning to meet expected standards. However, the biggest letdown was the food – it was tasteless. The hotel has a serious issue with sewage line leakage, which results in a persistent foul smell through the AC duct in the room. This smell is unbearable. Do not expect such things when you paid a hefty amount for a good stay.

it was a good stay overall, but there’s room for improvement in terms of hotel staff and service. there seemed to be a shortage of staff during our visit. also, one more thing — we were disappointed when the hotel refused to provide a plate, even though we had all our meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at the hotel. we understand that outside food is not allowed, but sometimes the hotel's menu doesn’t have what we prefer, so we picked up one item from outside. even then, being denied a single plate felt quite unwelcoming.
