Worst experience we ever had in life with management and cleanness in the hotel.1. We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights, but the room was not ready upon arrival.2. We had one of the worst experiences in my life with unprofessional staff. The same staff member works in the kitchen , works as cleaner, and also works as a receptionist with minimum customer service.3. There is no one available on reception when needed. 4. Eletricity was unrelaible with no backup on time.5. The room was not tidy enough. 6. There was no water in the morning to take a shower. when I called the reception, there was no response, and they didn't have any explanation for it.I wanted to write more, but i think it is a waste of my time.

ritu regency is an average hotel with good overcharging. location is off with bad road. rooms dont have proper fans for summer times. bedsheets were having stains which hosts changed after talking. rooms dont have basic things such as kettle and when requesting reason was given that exectuive room is not provided kettle while in room policies such as dental kit etc was not there. though host helped in changing bedsheet, providing good dinner and breakfast. also helped out in cab. overall it was an average experience while winter time could be pleasant to stay in

Overall it was a good experience staying here. The food quality and quantity was good as per the set prices. The staff was also nice and supportive. The location was a bit off Beat though but the very peaceful.
