we traveled this resort on 7th April. We have booked 3 cottages & 2 tent rooms for group 10 people. we thought of not taking the printouts of booking ********** so that we can avoid using some papers and we can show bookings in mobile ****** itself. Tent Room after reaching to hotel , we were told that we have only 2 cottages and 2 tents. we told them many times that they are incorrect. there is NO NETWORK at resort location. we kept telling them that we have total 5 rooms. behavior of staff is pathetic. they were taking advantage of No internet at resort location. everything we ask them only answer is NO. even in the breakfast we asked for some bread toasts. answer- NO . we cant toast breads. worst resort......

It was very bad experience..I booked camp which was badly smelling..frog found in washroom...cockroach found on bed..plates kept on table till morning from night.dog were licking plates...staffs were very rude and lazy..very poor service..People were consuming alcohol openly in park where children were playing in park.

Stayed at this hotel property very comfortably. I like this hotel property and its hospitality. There was no issues at all. A nice location and good services at hotel made my stay much smooth and comfortable. Recommended to all.

Few Imp points: 1) Roads are very bad. 2) Food served is average 3) Landscape maintenance is not good. 4) Most of mobiles does not work. 5) Located at interior approx 7.7 Km from right turn after Rishikesh.

I is a very bad hotel.. All the staff looking like workers...rooms are untidyy..linens are torned..no care of rooms .. Insects roam inside the room freely.. In short this hotel is ****.. Pls dont watch ***

It was all comfortable with this hotel as the services was much good and accommodation was comfortable. There was nothing where i could find a negative point. Really a nice and well maintained hotel.

Really disgusting. When we reach there, group of drunkards were already sitting there and sooner they started passing comments. I would recommend this camps only if you want to ruin your holidays.
