Only hotel in Pakur upto this standard. Food quality is good. Service is mediocre. Rooms are neat and clean but of a bit lower standard, however OK concerning the under-developed area of Pakur. Lot of power cuts in the area, hotel has DG but AC does not work on DG and only lights and fans work.

Service staffs are well behaved..Food quality was nice..though,it is not a problem of hotel, still one thing must be noted, there is no meaning to take A.C. hotels at Pakur, since, A.C. will be off during power cut (avg 16-17 hrs/day).

RK Palace is the best option currently available at Pakur especially for families and women. Staff are courteous. Service is prompt. Areas of improvement - food taste may be improved and pandemic protocols may be strictly followed.

All facilities are good only requested to improve the free breakfast quality and quantity of the items served. Requesting to add more options in the breakfast menu. Otherwise overall okay in such a small town.

Nice staying. Good room service. Food was also good. Complementary breakfast was pathetic. Approach road to hotel from main road has no light after evening and difficult to find the hotel for the new comers.

Everything is good except the service staff in the restaurant.They are all inexperienced boys and you are advised to have patience when you order food. I learnt the art of being patient after visiting here.

Most friendly and helpful staff ,great first impression of hotel.Rooms were clean with excellent service in restaurant where i had breakfast. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
