We stayed at minimum rated room. AC does not have any adjustment. It runs only at full speed. Beds, blankets, towels overall dirty. Negligent staff. No room cleaning unless you insist. Customer is treated as if he is being obliged.Poor management. Negligent staff. May be because we stayed in a room with minimum charges, we always face such problems. People staying in higher rated rooms may have different opinions. Still we always stay here for the location convenience. One good thing is hotel does have limited parking space. If you are staying in higher rated room, probably you will love your stay. Location is calm and quiet in a city like Mumbai. All the good south Indian hotels are walking distance away.

There was no option of "zero" so was forced to give one star. I had mentioned late check-in at the time of booking AMP and also by phone on the day of check-in. When arrived at AMP hotel the previously paid booked and reserved room was not available. Got a very dirty low priced room. Had no choice but to spend one night in that garage converted room. Broken furniture, torn bed sheets, torn pillow covers and torn bed spreads. Mattress and pillow full of black stains, almost puked when seen. Bathroom dirty. All taps were leaking such that water from bathroom entered the room. Room walls and floors dirty. Never again at this AMP hotel.

I occupied on 19th November and deposited advance 12000/_.I vacated the room and I contacted for balance refund. No refund is given and ask to com on 21st November. Again I contacted but now he says ,he has no money and will inform when to com. Very cheating guest house.

poor service,no WiFi,not even intercom in room. no ac remote,dust bin,.Hotel management cheated us. We book ****/room deluxe. but hotel given us substandard room..Only good about hotel is location. near to dadar.rest all very poor
