Good thing-: nearby nizamuddin metro shower available but in common bathroom big room .... that's all Bad things-: room on second floor this price segment usually bathroom was attached. chilled water not available one funny rule i saw that after 10pm helper not give water in your room. they dont have atticates to talk with customer. I saw that they say to one customer "bhai rehna ho to rho wrna chle jao hamri to bhut booking aajayeggi"...... the manager behavior was hard. one more awkward rule that swiggy and zomato delivery boy not come in hotel and your room you should come in down and pick up your food. Tv not work properly

firstly, he refused to acknowledge the confirmation for stay and later he charged 300 extra. also he forced me to contact **** customer and tell them that hotel has increased their prices which of course i did not do. no facility not even drinking water was provided. i will be filing an official compliant soon.

Terrible Experience, They do not allow me to take the room. they said that you have to pay extra as. (I've paid 500 extra for the room.) I'm feel so bad. This is the terrible experience ever.. hotel amity and services are also worst. thank you.

It's a good budget hotel. Close to the Nizamuddin station. Staff friendly. Room given was extremely hot as it was facing the sun. They said they didn't hv any other room so fine. Didn't provide towel. I wd give 3.5 to them.
