The hotel was nothing like that I had used in 2019. Room and bathroom was not clean. The upholstery was torn, the bedsheets unclean. Food had to be ordered from outside. Given that the infrastructure is good and location central, the management should ensure the hotel bounces back by providing services staff. Best of luck.

I had a very bad experience here during my stay, electricity backup was delayed, no room service, even drinking water not available in the room, TV not working, old hotel, but zero service. It was very bad. No money was refunded on this hotel booking. kindly don't book this hotel.

bahut ji bekar owner to bahut bekar tha na bat karne ki tamij aur koi cooperation nhi. na hi koi suvida de rha tha bus paise lutne m laga tha. zindagi ka mera sabse bura experience.

very worst hotel not proper work in room heater 3 times change,water Gyser not working and room cleaning quality is too poor,Not provide to any kit like dental kit,shaving kit,Shampo etc ... very very bad service no recomend to saty here...
