One star rating only for the fact that villa is already overrated. It doesn't deserve an almost 4 star rating. I ll suggest to book other villas, which are available in same range or with better deals. Following are few of reasons for 1 star rating:1. Insects (Cockroaches) in the room which were happily enjoying the tea. 2. Nobody likes a Dirty/Rotten bathroom door when you are paying for a decent stay. If the management can not spend few dimes on the maintenance of doors/paint how do they expect good ratings.3. All wooden doors and almirah were shabby.4. TV was not working even after even after repeated complaint. And it was not even a smart tv . So bring your own tv if u r booking.5. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working, to which housekeeping said " Sir we know its not working, but what can we do". I guess they were waiting for some magic to happen and repair the exhaust fan.6. Don't book breakfast, its not worth it. Hotel restaurant.7. Don't get fooled by pics uploaded by owner. Finding the hotel and Parking your vehicle in parking area itself is an adventure. Pro's are already mention enough by owner so i am not posting any of those. Overall It was a disappointment for me. Didn't like my stay at all.

Amazing place for a comfortable and peacefull stay overall a beautiful and well maintained property with spacious rooms+living room. It's such a peaceful and beautiful place with nice view but kids playarea is missing. No play activities . Food is good and tasty. Staff of the villa are very co operative. Bonfire is nice part but it's chargeable . Some improvisation is required like spa centre,games and live. Overall it's a great stay .

The rooms were clean. No wifi available at the resort. It was safe to stay there with my family. There is a dedicated parking available in the resort and the property is easy to access. Owner and caretaker both were really helpful. The resort is approx. 30-35 kms away from mall road. The views from the resort were really beautiful. There was no swimming pool but play area for kids was available.

We spent a day at Allure Villas and absolutely loved it. The resort has a very peaceful surrounding, is very green and naturally beautiful. We loved the green spaces and the quality of thier spacious rooms. The icing on the cake was that it was very close to the lake. The abundant greenery in the resort , the swings and hammocks for kids, the spacious rooms and a courteous and helpful staff.

I stayed at this place for a night but the resort didn't meet the standards of 4 Star category. No proper breakfast or dinner option available at this place. Staff and location was good but the bathrooms and rooms were not maintained properly.

We had a great time at Allure. The location is beautiful, within walking distance from the lake and yet away from the main road. You can watch the birds and soak in the weather all day long. Great homely food and above all excellent service.

The ambiance was good. I ate local food also and it was good. Staff was supportive. Gym was available. Swimming pool was not available. Free Wi-Fi was available. It was secure place to stay. I am happy with all services.

It was great stay in resort for 2 days, situated just around 10 mins walk from naukuchiatal, well maintained property, nice staff, overall a good place to stay with family.
