There is no lift service in the hotel and they provide rooms only at second or third floor for online bookings. Mostly in all rooms no lighting facilities (bulbs not working) near mirror and very difficult to get makeup in early morning/ late evenings. Room service not available, even after making calls, priority given to drunkers those who are using BAR based items. Worst experience.

Worth for money. pros: Parking available Thalapakatti restaurant available Clean room / toilet Television available also working Adjusting for few hours for check out Staffs are politely answering cons No extra bed provide even through three members in same room. If you want to extra pillow and bedsheet, we need to pay 250 extra.

Though the Hotel was not exactly as shown in photos of websites like goibibo, etc. I give 5 stars because the receptionist went out of her way to help me get the charger which I missed during my stay at Anamalais.. The Con is the hotel seems to be an old one.

Nice hotel to stay for a night.. we were on our way to Munnar, tuk a break over there for an overnight sleep.. Comfortable sleep, spacious rooms, cooperative staff.. 24h running water, but still there is an option to maintain it well..

it's not worth for money.bath room was not clean.i saw hair and used mach stick there in bath room. used blanket was there. there is no drinking water,soap and shampoo in the suit room. disappointed

Renovation is in progress. Lyft is not working. Room is clean and well maintained. All facilities will be running next few months as committed by the front desk.
