it was very frustrating after reaching there as the staff was very ill mannered didn't knew how to speak and greet their customer even after the paid booking they refused to have any information about it. after a while the room which they offered us was not at all good rats and cockroaches were roaming around and the washroom was pathetic(room no.122 &125) and the contact no. was out of service but I would not forget to appreciate the efforts put in by the agent of goibibo to find out the way and was very supporting but my overall experience was very frustrating and unforgettable and would highly suggest not to book room at Anand dham. if you are going with family I would suggest book another hotel the above was the first such experience of my life

very bad....kabhi kisi ko yaha stay na karna pade....waste off full money very bad experience...
