If you are looking for a calm, relaxing staycation then Anandwan is one of the good properties in Wai to consider. The property is in the Pasarni village near Wai and is just 10 mins drive from the Wai market. Which means having your own vehicle is beneficial. Though the property can arrange for a cab or an autorikshaw it can be little costly. Auto rikshaw charges Rs 200 one way to Wai Market. There are a several categories of rooms and you can choose among any, as per your preference. Since we were there only for a night we stayed in the cottage room. The rooms were neat and clean with a small lawn in the front and garden like area in back that has a private entrance. However, the cottage rooms are not air-conditioned and best to be avoided post February. Also, we felt that the rooms need furnishing upgrade as the bed, wardrobe are a little old now. The good part is it has a separate bathroom and a toilet. Though hot water supply is limited for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. The property has a huge restaurant and offers some good home cooked food (veg and non-veg). However, since they do not have an all time functioning kitchen, one has to be mindful of the meal times of the restaurant. The food is prepared only as per orders. The property has ample parking space and the staff is very courteous. They also have a good Wi-Fi connectivity. Since the property is little in the interiors, availablity of alcohol, ciggerates is limited. It is also closely located to Dhom Dam, Menavli Wada so one can quickly drive for a nice sunset. Overall the Anandvan offers a good stay with great location and aminities.

Anand Lodge is a suitable stay for a no-frills attached service at an affordable price. The rooms were clean and decent. They did not provide any soap, or towels. The room had beds, tv, dressing table with mirror. Hot water was available in the mornings. The staff are friendly. It is situated very close to the Ganesh mandir and the Krishna river ghats.

The locality of this hotel was good. There was a ganesh temple nearby & even there was a market & a park too which are plus points of this hotel. The owner was very polite & understanding. The services they provided were decent too.

Location of the hotel is great just next to main ganesha temple. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially the uncle in the hotel. He was very helpful and friendly in guiding the tour and stay in wai.
