Visited the hotel with family. When I checked in, the room was not ready. It took around one hour. Light in the room was not OK. On complaining it was rectified. Restaurant and kitchen was not clean. The stafff was reluctant to serve dinner in the restaurant due to some party etc. So went to city for dinner. Auto riksha facility is not frequent in evening times. The curtains were dirty in the restaurant. Food was not good. The staff was not professional. Difficulty in speaking in comman language. It seems it is a Govt guest house converetd into Hotel.

cleanliness is issue property both rooms, balcony and washroom need to be cleaned. Room Services are not delivered with timely Services. More options of food are also suggested. location is OK.

staff behavior, and they are charging high brokerage charge,horrible room with inadequate power supply,we faced frequent power cut and most importantly the behavior of the staff

Amazing experience...big rooms.. excellent housekeeping... Standard breakfast... maintain good hygiene...ample area for car parking... overall fantastic experience.
