Hotel Antara by LA Casa Mussoorie

Dear Goibibo Team,I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking with Booking  at Antara by La Casa, Mussoorie.Although the check-in time was 1:00 PM, I checked in at around 5:00 PM. Upon entering the room, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The issues included:The entire room had a strong and unbearable smell of cigarette smoke, which posed a serious health risk to me and my wife.The pillow covers and bedsheets were stained and clearly unwashed.The bathroom was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with visible dirt and unclean fixtures.The overall room cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below expectations and totally misrepresented in the listing.Despite checking in late, I chose not to stay in the room due to these unacceptable conditions. This has caused significant distress and inconvenience during our trip.I request Goibibo to take this matter seriously and arrange an immediate full refund, as the room provided was clearly unfit for occupancy and did not match the quality assured during booking.

we booked room with balcony,firstly the room was smelling a lot as we entered the room, when asked they provides a regular ro water in used bottle and said the packed water bottle is no complimentory, there was no tea bags and milk powder in room. Exhaust fan in washroom was not working b/c of that it was smelling a lot. TV was not working nd had no remote with there was soap on soap dispenser in bathroom. Bed sheath sofa was not clean..we were carrying our own blanket and bedsheath so we managed and "parking at ur own risk" overall experiance was bad and think before twice to book room in this hotel. pictures are shared.

My experience at Hotel Antara was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar, with visible dirt and an unpleasant odour in the room. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with stained fixtures and a lack of basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, there was no hot water throughout my stay, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. Despite raising these issues with the staff, the response was indifferent and unhelpful. The overall condition of the hotel felt neglected, and it did not meet even the minimum expectations for comfort or hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.

location and views are the only best thing, room service and hospitality is very poor, tv is not working, dirty bedsheet and pillow cover. bathroom accessories are damaged. and you will not get anything before 8:30 am if you order something from hotel.
