Hotel Arunachala

THe hotel is a new property. It is clean, room is of decent size with a Queen Size Bed. Bathroom is of decent size and clean The hotel is at Kombakkam. Location is not ideal.If you are fine staying away from the hustle bustle of the city life. There is not much around the property. A very samll shop selling small bottled cold drinks and few chips is all you get there. Parking is in the open. Thoughtheyhave basement but they did not allow to park. They charged Rs.500 for extra bed which I felt was on a higher side and had to be paid in advance in cash. The Check in process was not very smooth. The person at the counter knew only tamil. We had a tough time in explaining him in broken english. He had a hard time finding our booking. He kept asking which dotcom you used to book even though we were showing the booking in the app. They served breakfast in the morning which consisted of two idli,1 vada, 1 puri aloo and pongal. It was decent though it was brought from outside.We stayed only 1 night A budget hotel to stay for a short duration and if location is not your preference

Hotel is far away from the Pondicherry city. Those who are having work around Villianur, Pondicherry can Stay here. Room is very Spacious. Room is very clean and tidy. Mattresses are good. Now, restaurant is not available. For food you have to travel. Those are travelling with vehicle is ideal for stay.

Hotel staff was good and very well behaved. The room was quite spacious and well maintained bathrooms. Its a bit far from the main spots. Nevertheless quite place. Breakfast served was of good quality.

worst experience on stay there, fully disappointed.. lots of issues on that hotel.. asking additional charge, both rooms TV not worked, no toiletries 2twell only issues for 5 persons..
