Me and my husband had been here last week. The moment i entered the place, i really did not like it by thinking its far from city and all. But we had no option to find out another hotel at that time. And now we are happy that we stayed in this hotel otherwise we must have missed all such super ambiance, peace of mind and great hospitality. Being there for the first time Mr and Mrs Edwin(Owner of the hotel) helped us to plan our tour. Hotel is located in a peaceful place. Has a beautiful garden. Close to mapusa city and also not far from beaches. All the staffs are very friendly (Arron , Nakul and offourse Mr and Mrs Edwin). They have a restaurant too where you can get super tasty Goan food. We would love to stay here next time we visit Goa :) :)

The hotel gives a plesant experience of calm and serene side of Goa. Sitting in between Mapusa city and the Anjuna beach the location is perfect. The well maintained plantation around the premise and the 200 years old construction adds to the beauty of this place. The issues that bothered me are that the level of cleanliness and room service not being up to the mark. But the staff and the owner were friendly and helpful. For the price offered I'd say it's definitely a place worth staying more than once.

Less than 3 stars but more than 2. No room service, Water was leaking through the roof, frequent power cuts. One night when it was raining heavily, the hotel didn't have food to serve for the guests. The good thing about the Hotel is that its very calm, not in a crowded place and almost in the centre of the North Goa Beaches like Vagator, Morjim, Calangute & Anjuna. If you are not going to stay much in the Hotel only then you should stay here. My other friends didn't like the Hotel much.

This is the hotel away from busy roads city distraction . Amidst lot of lot of trees. plants . Perfect to stay and relax . There is no tv at room . No unnecessary distractions . You will feel like staying with nature that too near to sea shore , vagator , Baga beach etc are just 10 mins drive from here. The hotel owner is too good to talking ke care of anything that’s needed. This is second time we stayed there. Enjoyed a lot and definitely recommend others who praise nature.

Easily the most charming places to stay at in Goa with all the greenery. Lovely people at the hotel. Gives you a feeling as if you're with some family members and not in a hotel. I visited in Monsoons and the place looks so lovely at that time that it is difficult to pull yourself out of the hotel and visit the city. In fact, one of the most beautiful experiences here was reading while watching it rain from the restro-bar of the hotel. Just beautiful.

The place was awesome !!! Loved it so much !! The people Incharge were so friendly . Food was yummy . Rooms were spacious . But could have been much cleaner but anyways that's not a big deal . Getting up early in the morning was the best part . Astoria would wake you up with wonderful never heard bird sounds . Was just WOW !! Great stay ! awesome place ASTORIA !

Had a good stay!! its a very beautiful property and the garden is well maintained only think that I would like to pin point is that the bathroom flush was not working : (. over all had a great stay and the Arron( owner) was very friendly..kudos!! its a perfect place for families as I felt, u won't think that you are aware from home..

Helpful owners but room was not clean. No security on premises. Improper lighting. No pest control even though property was in heavily wooded area. Food was good though preparation took time. If you're looking for a budget stay and don't really care for service this could work for you.

If you want to stay away from everything you have to stay here, very reasonable stay in my budget jus felt like relaxing everyday and good service. Aaron was very helpful to me.

The property was beautiful but the room we stayed in was horrible. Rain water was coming inside the room from the roof very poorly maintained, not at all neat and tidy.

even when the total number of dogs is there, they came in restaurant also. we stayed one night instead of two. If you love dogs you can stay there.

it was pleasant stay. the place is scary. it was so dark. not a safe place for solo traveler. no cctv camera. bad hospitality.

The location of the hotel is perfect and very near to Baga and Chapora fort. Mobile Network in the area is very poor.
