very bad experience, boiler were not working therefore no hot running water, hot water was supplied in buckets, no kettle and tea kit was kept at check in, we had to call and request them to give kettle, no dental kit was given to us, no breakfast facility was available , we had to pay extra for breakfast.

there is no hygiene in rooms, toilets were yellowish dark and there was dust in every corner, towels were dirty, bed had some stains and when you call reception they don't pick up on time you have to call for multiple times. would never suggest anyone

I got tge first room in which the TV was not working and there was no landline to get connected with the reception and room service. When i asked to provide the same they changed the room. In the new room, the Airtel subscription was finished in the night and hence it didnt work.
