My experience at this hotel was not so great. First of all they claim to have a restaurant(attached the menu thats there in the room) but when I called reception to order food he said that they dont have kitchen. Then I asked why food menu in the room then he uttered the truth that they had handed over kitchen to other big group that was staying at the hotel. Really! So who cares for smaller groups. And moreover they charged me full cost for the room even with one lesser amenity. We had to go out even for tea. Having a room at 2nd floor without elevators made it even worse. TV in the room was also not working. I booked Super Deluxe Room but I didnt notice any difference between Deluxe and Super Deluxe room. Its just a way of making fool out of people. Overall I didnt enjoy my stay at this hotel and the money that I have spent is not worth it.

Nice to have stay there, best service and good location to stay there. Nearby you can visit the Shree Chamuinda Devi temple and the Zoo there also. Yol tourist spot is 10-12 Km away and the McLeod Ganj is also within 16 Km range. Always transportation service available there. Really nice place to stay.

We stayed there for night with family and had 2 rooms (Super Delux Rooms) during stay. Overall experience was excellent and love to stay there again. Food quality is best as per location. Hotel staff and manager very much cooperative and thanks all the hotel staff for conformable and memorable stay.

Well kept services. Getting hot water for morning bath was an issue. Solar system is there for hot water. 04 buckets of water to be drained to get hot water. Suggestion to put a small geyser to save water. Food was below average. No room service between 11pm to 7am

Room was clean, food was good but bathrooms were dirty. At least they could provide clean bucket and mug.Bed sheets, pillow covers were also very dirty.There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.Parking is limited. Service is good.

Overall its an average property...the rooms were okay and normal...only disappointment was the complementary breakfast as it was included in my package but didn't offer me ....else the property is good and okay for stay !

Stayed at this hotel. The services and the accommodation was normal. Hotel was not that much maintained. As such all good. No issues at all. Really an okay property. As such not properly satisfied with this hotel.

Very poor... There was electric cut at 12 am and they started genset at 6.30 am.... We were very annoyed... Didn't sleep whole night.... Food is just okay......
