There is no Board for this cottage. Its too far from main road (1.4 kms) from Zion International school . The way to this hotel is very bad . No proper road . We stayed for 2 days and at nights we were waiting for other vehicles to pass as there are NO STREET LIGHTS . Pros : There is common bathroom so that drivers can take bath . Cottage is cute and enough parking space is there to park our own cars . Care taker (Murthy) is good . Disadvantages : (1) room is very small . just one bed and walking space inside room is very small. (2) Always power shut down and we struggled to get Hot water . (3) No hoarding / Board for this hotel . (4) roads are bad and the way to this hotel is not easy . (5) No street lights and especially to this hotel too . (6) Not really value for money (we paid 1700 per day) . (7) check in time is 10am which is too late .

very bad experience. check in time is 10am, but we are not allowed till 11.15am waited outside with kids and old people in hot sun. no one was available in night for any help. Rooms shown in the photos are different than they gave us. very conjusted, there is no space for the people to sit either in chairs. They told gyser is available but not hot water. Kids and old people suffered with the cold water. Even the bath room is too small. The bed sheets and blankets provided are stinky.

worst cottage. no drinking water, room space is less, no parking facilities. road condition is worst to this cottage. plastic cover is not removed on bed which is not good for health and comfortable to sleep. overall not recommeable for family.

The Room is good but Heater is not working properly. The way little bit narrow. place is nice and nearest for almost all attractive areas in Kodaikanal Because room size is very small and service is very poor

Property was very far away from the city. Hotel didn't offered any food facility. I found no swimming pool in the hotel. Spa and Gym was also not there for the use and Overall stay was average.

The ambiance was well maintained in the property. The food was delicious. The staff was helpful. The Wi-Fi facility was not available. We can stay safe. Overall it was good to stay.

Pleasant stay. We 2 members had been there. All went well. Mr. Moorthy caretaker had been a wonderful person helped us with all our requirements. Budget stay. Bachelor's preferable.

This cottage is very near to all the places in kodaikanal.... but road to this cottage is very bad n there is no proper parking facilities here...
