We had a pleasant stay 3 night stay at Coconut Cottage, Murud, Dapoli. The rooms though small were clean. No toiletries were provided but the bathrooms were clean and tidy. Mattress was comfortable but a bit hard. A lack of wardrobe or cupboard in the room is a noticeable miss. But the warmth and graciousness shown by the hosts, Anjali & Shashikant Tadage along with their 3 Labradors Mack, Lucy and Lily more than made up for all the shortcomings. the property has been beautifully designed with a small pool, lawn, restaurant with sitting area and parking all snugly fitted in the 12 gunthas property. Lots of fruit trees and vegetable garden adorn the perimeter. One thing to note about homestays in Konkan is the laid back style of living. Morning tea is available post 8 am and breakfast post 9:30 am. Once you come to terms with it, just sit back and enjoy the Konkan experience. Would love to visit here again in the off season and spend more time just relaxing and enjoying the beach and sea breeze.

Property is good but the attitude of owner was pathetic....no any mood to serve...asking extra money for everything even for tv recharge .....never for families... Location nd property is good but the mentality of owner is horrible
