showed me 6 to 7 rooms...not a booked as a goibibo advance payment done...moreover, 6 to 7 checked and washroom not cleaned properly. in evening told for washroom water however, not supplied. in early morning, 5 am need to use washroom but, water not available. no one present, availble for listen our basic requirements and no contact no than i came and find out person and told for water supply in early morning 5am,.it is worst experience.. here advance payment done by customer however, room not a fixed available as a goibibo booking. as per appread to price in goibibo,. basic need not available on time..no contacts cell no also for contact.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Firstly, the AC was not working at all, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite the online booking clearly mentioning free breakfast, nothing was provided. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. On top of that, the service was poor and the staff were extremely rude and arrogant. Their behavior showed zero professionalism or willingness to help. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Worst experience. Initially, the uncle said the AC wasn't working. After a lot of arguing, he finally gave us a room with AC. But then, the washroom jet spray wasn’t working, and there was no hot water. He ended up sending us to another room just to take a bath.And there is no hotel named "Collection o", name was also different.

My hotel booking was including breakfast but the hotel owner did not even give me breakfast. That is why the hotel is very bad. The service is very bad, I am not happy!
