no hot water available for bath in this winter season even fee mins waiting after opening the tap. Attached toilet wasn't also good. Wifi doesn't with power backup when electricity is gone. Even charging point and bulbs don't work with backup. The only thing working with power backup is one small bulb at the ceiling. And if you ask for mineral water, they don't have it. Though the shops are just infront of hotel, still it should take some stock. Too many wine shops nearby. So, it's not appropriate for families with kids I think. And room is very small considering the price. The cupboard inside the room is cramped. You've to stand on side of it to put something inside because no space to stand infront of it. The cupboard placing you can see in the picture I uploaded. I had to stay because of some work closeby.

Worst experience. I am writing this review at 1am. I am not able to sleep because ACs are not working. Very poor service. I will never recommend any one for this hotel. Also, this hotel is on the third floor and it does not even have the lift. Moreover the bathroom is a mess. Shower not working. Toilets are in worst condition. Worst service

hotelier had given room to other guests. though I had paid in advance, room was not kept. I had to call **** help desk for more than half an hour in morning. again they shifted me to other hotel of ****. in early morning all these happened. totally unprofessional experience.

hotel was good !! room was very spacious & hotel staff was very good in nature !! RESTURANT facility is not available but they arranged food for you !! little bit outside location in indore !! staff behaviour was good !! hot water facility is also available

Refused to serve breakfast. Than after lots of struggle we got it but horrible one. Behaved as if we were in a brothel. charged for 30 min extra time as well. Had to struggle for an hour to get breakfast. Horrible experience.
