Very hospitable staff of hotel. The snacks, especially Fish amritsari were very tasty. Breakfast and dinner was also satisfactory. But the hotel itself? OH MY GOD! Never have I ever seen a hotel so beautiful and well maintained at the prices they offer the rooms at. The hotel is about 4 km away from Dharampur railway station and the road from Dharampur to the Hotel is not very well built but is viable enough to use. You might feel the road is quite bumpy and narrow but trust me, the moment you will reach the hotel and enter your rooms, you will forget about thr 4 km long bumpy (somewhat kachi) road. The sky looks beautiful at dawn from the rooms and the valley adds to the beauty of it. They even arranged bonfire for us which was a big plus, although it was chargable. But overall it was a good experience.

Hotel location was good... away from hustle and bustle....calm and serene place. Staff were also very supportive and polite. However, service was not up to the mark and needs major improvement. The day we check-in the room, cable was not working. When it got resolved, then tv remote was not working. Bathrooms basin tap was leaking and was told us that nothing can be done about this. But Next day our room was changed. One thing, I noticed that hotel is short of staff. After dinner, asked the staff to provide water. But the guy told it will take 5 min but he forgot and not provided water that night. The day, we have to check out in the 6:30 morning, all the lights were off and no body was on reception desk.

The property is well maintained with nice rooms and view from the rooms are serene.HOWEVER the location of the hotel is very far from what is shown on Google maps..It is situated far from any town and the access road is very bad. It's a 4 km drive through mountains and on a kaccha road. (Though adventure lovers would love the offroading) No wifi or restobar facility available at the hotel-and there's nothing nearby where you can go and visit or buy anything. So it's only recommend for groups or people who are just wanting to get away from civilisation and unwind at one place by themselves, coz that's the only thing you can do there.

The property is good but has limited staff and the hygiene at the restaurant is not good. The fruits, breads all had flys on it. The staff lacks experience. The rooms are well equipped with everything but bed sheets, towels and quilts were yellowish in color. The location is quite inside the forest with 4kms of drive which is a bit scary. Enjoyed the gaming area

Wonderful stay at Dagshai Manor. The best part of this property are its spacious rooms, isolated place for peaceful experience, lots of indoor and outdoor activity options. Approaching road of 4 kms is a big problem.newly built property, Deluxe room is of lush green valley view with all the latest aminities. dey have only 1 suite which is not worth it.isolated property,far from market General manager Mr jai is a customer friendly person

dont book this hotel for any reason because you cant reach this hotel in one shot. there sre no one straight road to reach this locations. We have book this hotel and we are reaching time is 7 pm but no one road is applicable to reach and we reach this hotel on 00:20 am. locations is not good after any points.

Very nice experience, this property has all the modern amenities although being located bit offroad, Food is excellent and staff is very friendly and polite. A small stream flows just below the hotel and one can track down to it. View from balcony is very scenic. Overall it is highly recommended.

This is a newly built property. The rooms were good. The staff was polite and cooperative. The food was decent. The approach road is a big issue though. The staff called before arrival and assisted with the route.
