Breakfast was pathetic, found hair in food! Owner stays in same property! Owner interference was too much! He was rude, don't know anything about the customer service n satisfaction! No resort kitchen, they are bringing food from outside local vendors! No AC in Canteen! Its too hot n humid! When we ask to give breakfast in room, staff was not cooperating! Starts arguing! Owner was also taking staff side! Worst service ever!
