The bedsheets were dirty. My friend had asked for a change but they didn’t. They also mentioned they do not have enough blankets to change the blanket.

1.This is not good hotel for family members and couples. 2.If you are friends and bachelors no problem they can enjoy like anything in this hotel. 3.This is not business class hotel. 4.Next time never ever book this hotel again. 5.Hotel supervisor (old uncle) behavior is too worst he thinks all came for enjoyment so his behave is too worst. 6.My kind advice for family members who is looking for decent stay, dont book this hotel.

The hotel and the service was really pathetic. People were never really available at the reception. Beds were not cleaned, neither was the washroom. Rooms are really small. And the complimentary breakfast was also ordered from other restaurants. I was promised a breakfast on all 3 days, but was provided only on one day. Rooms were not cleaned daily, towels/toiletries were not provided regularly.

worst experience ever, rooms were dirty and no cleanliness was maintained, bedsheet n blanket were all dirty. Bathroom had bad odour with drainage issue. Manager and staff were very uncooperative and rude, when asked to change the room no actions were taken. No one picks any call at reception, for each request u need to personally walk to the desk and inform what u need . seriously don't book this hotel based on the pics posted online, even the hotel location is not well, surrounded with drain and you get bad pungent smell in the vicinity of the hotel.

It’s a budget hotel located close to main bus stand and we had a comfortable stay. Positives: - If you reach early, manager can provide you room for freshing up, for little extra money. - Breakfast is awesome. - You can ask to arrange for rental vehicle from the Hotel itself (later negotiate with main person for price) Negatives: - Check-in time is strict at 12 pm and we have to keep waiting. Awesome stay.. we booked Standard Non-AC room. Good hotel Staffs. Kind gesture. We took a rental bike from hotel.. Which was very affordable compared to the shops around Pondicherry. Good breakfast. As mentioned in the previous reviews by others , that was not true.. awesome room and accommodation.
