this is my 4th visit to this hotel, I pick this place for it's close proximity to the NH48 and the food. But rooms are really not up to the mark very poorly maintained, be it curtains, stains on the washroom. The room I got had a faulty AC, as I didn't need the AC I didn't make great hue and cry about it.

Pros: Clean rooms, right on the highway. Ambience, Delicious Food. Cons: No room service, no hot water in taps, swimming pool only accessible in the morning hours. The kids play area needs maintenance and cleaning. I felt safe staying there.

I don't think anyone can find better amenities and hospitality clubbed together in Davengere elsewhere. If you want a getaway from city life or want to halt somewhere for a trip,this is the finest.

Improvement required in Room service. Intercom and wifi not available. Lot of disturbances during night due to different sounds and power failure observed 4 times in night.

Very dirty bathrooms.. there was hair in teh drain and dirt..looked like they had not even bothered to sweep the room atleast..

The power was off and they didn't have generator backup on. The service is very slow too. They are too short staffed I guess.
