The staff are not aware of the policies of the Hotel, and if insisted on, they will send you off by saying it's not in their rules. I booked a room for 4 adults, and the room which they provided was having 3 beds. when I enquired about it, they frankly turned down saying we can't help you because you chose a triple bed room. When I showed them the booking for 4 adults, still the receptionist was like, sorry we can't help. that was the weird thing I could ever hear. I didn't argue much and left the place. later they rang back and said they will provide another extra mattress.(which eventually they did not in the night, neither we cared to go and request again) Big set back is, here check in and check out is not 24 hours. instead they say, since it's an *** booking we have to vacate the room by 11.00 am sharp irrespective of your check in time ( in order to clean the room and keep it ready for next booking) we checked into the Hotel at 5.00 pm in the evening and in the morning they force vacated us saying it's getting late and almost 11.00 am. I was shocked listening to their explanations, anyways didn't want to spoil the mood of day, so vacated the place as my work schedule was almost complete. Overall very bad experience, better choose a different Hotel for a same price or even better deal. only the name says 'International' -. Not even remotely close.

VERY CLOSE TO BUS STAND AND RAILWAY STATION, ROOM IS SIMPLE AND CLEAN AND NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY PAID. ONLY TWO MEDIMIX SOAPS PROVIDED WITHOUT BATHROOM AMENITIES, NO WATER BOTTLE OR TEA KETTLE AND VERY SMALL 15 INCH TV. I NEED TO WAIT FOR LONG FOR GETTING THE ROOM AS THERE WERE NOT USED FOR ONLINE BOOKING IN CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE FOR BOOKING DETAILS. FINALLY I HAD TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AND HANDED OVER THE CALL TO THE HOTEL STAFFS FOR GIVING THE ROOM. THERE WAS PROBLEM .. DUE TO THIS I WAS MADE TO WAIT TO ALLOCATE THE ROOM.

One hotel manager or the owner who ever he was did not know how to talk to his customers. Complete fool who doesn't know when his guests are arriving or leaving. We checked in at 2.30 in the afternoon and was leaving at 10.45 am next day. That fool said that u can't check out before 11.00 am.. I mean ****.

Location wise it's a walkable distance to Bus station and Railway station.Rooms are simple and good.Only things I observe there is no Restaurant available in the hotel so for food you have to go outside. Overall it's comfortable hotel to stay.
